The fact that we are a not-for-profit, registered charity means that that finances are plowed directly back into our services to provide excellent support for our foster carers, ensuring they have the right skills, knowledge and resilience to promote the best outcomes for children.
Our company is not a huge corporation with responsibility to shareholders. It is a family run business where all staff show commitment and dedication in making a difference to disadvantaged children and young people. Part of how they fulfill this is by providing the right support for our foster carers in order for them to be the best they can.
We understand that the most important part of the process to fostering is in finding an appropriate match meaning the right carer for the right child, which ensures the placement is stable and provides the right environment for the child to thrive.
